Our three Concrete Cutting Saws are employed in precision demolition and renovation works, allowing us to perform clean, controlled cuts through concrete and asphalt surfaces.

Compressor (175, 350 & 750 CFM)

AESL utilizes a range of air compressors—one each at 175, 350, and 750 CFM—to power pneumatic tools and support operations such as sandblasting, painting, and general maintenance.

Core Drill (Magnetic)

AESL’s magnetic base core drill enables precise hole-drilling into steel and other ferrous materials, supporting structural fabrication and industrial fit-outs.

Crane (15 Ton and 18 Ton)

With one 15-ton and one 18-ton crane, AESL is capable of executing heavy lifts on construction, fabrication, and turnaround projects safely and efficiently.

Cutting Set

Our cutting inventory includes fifteen complete sets used in thermal cutting, especially for dismantling, retrofitting, and fabrication works across our project sites.

Diesel Water Pump (3")

AESL’s fleet of three 3″ diesel-powered water pumps is essential for site dewatering and emergency water evacuation during infrastructure and maintenance works.

Dump Truck

We operate three dump trucks, vital for hauling bulk materials such as aggregate, spoil, and construction debris to and from site locations.

Electric Grinders

With thirty-two electric grinders, AESL crews are fully equipped to perform grinding, surface finishing, weld prep, and refurbishment duties across all project types.

Electrical Eight Pack Welding Bank

Our eight-pack electrical welding bank supports simultaneous multi-welder operations from a single power unit, increasing site efficiency during heavy fabrication.

Electrical Machine Lathe

We operate two electrical machine lathes for precision component shaping and machining, integral to our in-house repair and metalworking operations.

Forklift

AESL’s forklift is utilized for indoor and yard logistics, moving heavy materials, crates, and equipment with safety and speed.

Furnished Site Offices

With four fully outfitted site offices, we provide our staff with mobile command centers for planning, communication, and client coordination on active projects.

Heat Exchange Tool Set

We maintain a complete tool set tailored for the maintenance and servicing of heat exchangers, frequently used in our energy and chemical sector contracts.

HIAB (Crane Truck)

Our fleet of three HIAB crane trucks combines transportation with loading and offloading capabilities—ideal for rapid deployment of materials to remote or limited-access sites.

Hydraulic Punch

AESL uses a hydraulic punch for creating precise holes in steel plates and beams, supporting structural installations and retrofit works.

Impact Wrenches (0.5" – 1" drive)

We have ten high-torque impact wrenches ranging from ½” to 1″ drive, used for fast and reliable bolt fastening across mechanical and structural assemblies.

Komatsu D53P Tractor

Our Komatsu D53P crawler tractor is suited for grading, earthmoving, and land clearing on civil and foundation projects.

Low-Buoy Trailer

AESL’s low-boy trailer is designed for transporting oversized and heavy machinery between job sites with ease and safety.

Magnetic Base Drill

With five magnetic base drills, AESL ensures flexibility and productivity during field machining and metal fabrication jobs.

Pick-up Van

We maintain thirteen pick-up vans for transporting personnel, tools, and light materials between site locations, ensuring seamless daily logistics.

Plasma Arc Cutting Set

Our plasma arc cutting unit delivers fast, accurate metal cuts and is widely used in modern fabrication, demolition, and repair works.

Ransom (Concrete Mixer)

We operate four Ransom concrete mixers to support consistent, on-demand concrete supply during formwork, slab, and pavement works.

Sandblasting Equipment

AESL’s sandblasting setup is used for cleaning and surface prep of metal structures and tanks, especially in coating, repainting, and refurbishment jobs.

Theodolite & Levels

We utilize two sets of surveying instruments—Theodolites and levels—for precision alignment, grading, and layout verification on construction projects.

10 Ton Roller (Vibrating)

Our 10-ton vibrating roller is used for heavy compaction on roads, foundations, and asphalt paving.

5 Ton Roller (Vibrating)

With one 5-ton vibrating roller, AESL is equipped to handle medium-scale compaction for roads, platforms, and concrete bases.

3 Ton Roller (Vibrating)

Three 3-ton rollers in our inventory help us compact smaller work areas and prepare base layers in tight access zones.

3 Ton Truck

The 3-ton truck in our fleet supports intermediate transport needs for medium-load tools and site materials.

1.25 Ton KIA Pick-up with Canopy

We operate two 1.25-ton KIA pick-ups with canopies, which are ideal for secure transport of tools and sensitive components.
